Easter Luke 24:1-35

On this Resurrection Sunday, we're invited to confront our own skepticism and rediscover the transformative power of Christ's resurrection. Luke 24 takes us on a journey from doubt to belief, showing how even Jesus' closest followers struggled to accept the miraculous truth. We see the women at the tomb, Peter's hesitant investigation, and the travelers on the road to Emmaus - all initially skeptical, yet ultimately transformed by their encounters with the risen Lord. This narrative challenges us to examine our own hearts: Do we truly live as if the resurrection changes everything? The story reminds us that Jesus meets us in our doubts, walks alongside us, and reveals Himself in unexpected ways. As we reflect on this, let's ask ourselves: When was the last time our hearts burned within us as we encountered Christ in Scripture or in our daily lives? The resurrection isn't just a historical event - it's a present reality that should ignite our passion for God and propel us to share the good news with others.
